Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet,
saute Italian sausage and oregano over medium-high
heat until cooked through. Transfer to a bowl to
cool.
Once the sausage mixture has cooled, mix in 1/2 C
Parmesan cheese, Worchestershire sauce, and garlic
powder, and then the cream cheese. Season with
salt and pepper and mix in egg yolk.
Brush a 9x13 baking pan with olive oil. Brush the
cavity of each mushroom with white wine, and then
fill with filling. Arrange, filling side up in the
baking pan.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of
the mushrooms and bake for 25 minutes.
