8 oz Farfalle (or bite size noodles)

2 cups Tomatoes (chopped or cherry)

Cucumber (english or mini)

3 oz Fresh mozzarella, cut into chunks

3/4 to 1 cup Pesto

Parmesan cheese, fresh grated

Instructions |
|
|
1. Cook pasta according to package. Drain and
rinse with cold water.

2. Add pasta to bowl and stir in pesto. 3. Add
tomatoes, cucumber and mozzarella cubes and toss
to combine. Top with parmesan cheese.
