Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add your eggs to a medium sized bowl. Beat them.
Add in the diced onion, Bisquick, oil & shredded
cheese. Mix well making sure to break up any
Bisquick lumps.
Add in the zucchini and fold it into the batter.
Pour into a 8.5 to 9 inch round cake pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is a nice
golden brown.
