1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a large baking sheet with
parchment paper. Spoon 2 tbsps cheddar few inches apart.
Bake until bubbly about 6 minutes.
2. Grease bottom of muffin tin then carefully place melted
cheese in tin fit with another tin. Let cool 10 minutes.
3. In large skillet over medium heat oil. Add onion and cook
stirring occasionally until softened about 5 minutes. Stir in
garlic, ground beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink, then
drain fat.
4. Return meat to skillet and season with chili powder, cumin,
paprika, salt, and pepper. Transfer cheese cups to platter and
fill with meat mixture . Top with favorite taco toppings.
