Heat oil and cook onions.
Add garlic, chili, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander and chili
powder.
Stir until heated through
Add in meat and cook until meat is well coated and browned.
Stir in tomatoe sauce and add salt.
Simmer until meat is cooked.
Add cocout milk, stir, simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with toasted peanuts
