2 cans (398 ml) dark cherries

Mix cherry juice with

2 tbsp corn starch
|
|
1/4 cup sugar
|
|
2 tsp lemon juice
|
|
Cook until boiling and thickened. Add Cherries until warm.

|
Take off heat.
|
|
|
|
Add
|
|
1/4 cup orange brandy on top, immediately set on fire.
|
|
When flame dies pour over ice cream.
