1 1/4 pounds chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
2 tsp. chili powser
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
pinch crushed red pepper
10 oz canned tomatoes with green chilies
1 can canolloni or navy beans (I think I prefer navy_ Canolloni are big I think
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
14 ounce canned corn
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Heat milk and saute onion, jalapeno,and garlic until
tender.
Season chicken with salt, pepper and add to pan.
Add another tabls milk. Add chili powser, cumin,
oregano, red pepper. Toss and brown all sides
Stir in can of diced tomatoes, chilcken corn and
beans.Increase heat to simmer. Simmer 30 mins.
Stir in cream cheese until melted, stir in or top
with bacon.
