Miix egg, salt, soya sauce and MSG
Put ribs in and let sit.
Miix every once in a while

Put ribs in crumbs, squeeze each piece separately in hand.
Make sure they are well covered with crumbs and let sit.

|
Deep fry until well browned.
|
|
|
I used pork shoulder cut in cubes or try pork “stew” cubes.
