In a blender, combine peppers, garlic, nuts, tomato paste,
basil, vinegar, paprika, crushed red pepper and 1/2 tsp each
kosher salt, and black pepper.
Blend one minute until nearly smooth. If needed add 1-2 Tbsp.
Water to help blend. With blender running add olive oil in a
steady stream. Blend one more minute or until desired
smoothness.
