Bag of frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, peas)
1/2 cup milk
Butter
Can of flaky layers biscuits, halved horizontally—top and bottom
Instructions
Cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces. Season with salt,
pepper, garlic powder etc. and cook chicken in a pan with
some butter.
Cook the veggies according to package instructions. Combine
in a mixing bowl with the can of soup and milk, add chicken,
season to taste.
Line the bottom of a pie pan with thin layer of biscuits, press
down into place. (Optional pre-bake according to package
directions). Pour in chicken, veggie and soup mix, cover with
biscuit tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits
are done.
