Slice up green onion and separate the white from
the green portion. Finely chop parley and dill and
add to the green portion of the onion. Mix sour
cream, salt, and pepper into the green herb
mixture, then add the eggs and whisk to combine.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine avocado and a little salt
and pepper until it becomes the texture of
guacamole. Set this aside for step 3.
