Put some water in a bowl for dipping your hands
and keep it next to you.
Form the balls with wet hands, loosely (i.e.
don't compact them), about 2-2.5 cm round,
dropping each one into the water after you form
it.

Cook them for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the water and put in soup, or put
them in a container for later use.
If you want to freeze them, put them in a
container that fits in the freezer, not touching
each other, and after they are frozen you can
store in a ziplock back or other container.
