Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add combined flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix well. Drop by tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
