Preheat the oven to 425 F. Place chicken in a pan. Bake for 15
minutes, covered. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano
and pepper sauce in sauce pan and stir continually until sauce
thickens. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle parmesan
cheese joy onto the mixture. Bake for 5 minutes until the
cheese is browning but, hopefully, before burning. Remove
from the oven, serve up and garnish with parsley and white
wine.
