3 T butter melted
|

3 c chicken broth

1/2 c Parmesan grated

1/4 c basil julienned

Instructions |

|
Sauté orzo and butter in skillet over medium high heat until
golden stirring constantly.
|

Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and
simmer for 20 minutes. Or until orzo is tender.
|
|
|
Stir in Parmesan, basil, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
