Quick Marinara-
2 T olive oil, 5 clove minced garlic, 2 - 28 oz
can crushed tomatoes, 3/4 t kosher salt, fresh
ground pepper, chopped fresh basil
Heat saucepan. Add oil and garlic. Saute
while stirring 2 min. Add 1/4 c water,
tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to
a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min.
Remove from heat and add basil.
