3 tablespoons tarragon leaves vinegar, with the tarragon leaves in it or 1 teaspoon fried tarragon
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon dry mustard salt and pepper
Instructions
remove with scissors the soft of the lobster taik and slightly hit the hard upper shell with a mallet or cleaver and seasonings.
spoon generously over the lobster tails and let stand in the marinade for meaty side up, basting from time to time, with the liquid in the pan. Broil about 4 inches from the heat.

fresh or frozen asparagus, water cress and endive salad, frence bread, or lemon custard.
