Cut chicken into medium sized pieces. Wash and drain
out all the water. Place chicken in a vessel, add
little salt and bring to a boil on slow flame .
Set it aside to cool. Using little water from the
boiled chicken prepare a paste of bafat powder,
salt, vinegar and red color. Marinate the chicken
pieces in this paste overnight.
Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillies. Add
curry leaves and saute them for a minute . Now add
the chicken pieces and keep stirring. Add salt,
lime juice and little soya sauce according to
taste. Cook chicken until done.
