In saucepan over medium heat, cook the spinach in
the chicken broth, adding little at a time as it
wilts.

Drain the spinach, reserving the broth. Press the
spinach to squeeze as much liquid out.
|
|
|
Cook pasta and drain. Preheat heavy skillet over
medium. When hot add oil and garlic until tender but
not browned. Add the spinach and nutmeg. Salt and
pepper. Add the grilled chicken.

Stir and add small amount of reserved broth.
Continue to cook until hot, adding broth as needed.
Add the pasta and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese.
