1/2 cup turkey drippings
|

4 cups chicken stock or turkey stock
|

Giblets, neck, etc. from turkey

1/2 cup GF all purpose flour

1/2 cup duck fat

Instructions |
|
|
Boil turkey neck and giblets in 4 cups of chicken stock until well
seasoned. Remove neck and giblets.
|
|
|
After baking turkey, add remaining drippings to chicken stock. Add
flour and if necessary some corn starch.
|
|
|
Immersion blender to make smooth while simmering until gravy is at
desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
