Instructions |
Add ingredients to glass and stir well. Add ice and
stir again, leaving room for garnishes
NOTE- The glass is normally rimmed with celery salt,
but I prefer it mixed in. A pea-sized bit of
horseradish mixed in can also be nice.
NOTE- The more and wider diversity of garnishes the
better. It can be basically a small meal in a glass.
The minimum is a lime (or lemon) wedge and a stalk
of celery.
NOTE- Consider garnishing with a couple cooked
shrimp and/or bacon strips. A toothpick with a
green and black olive. A stalk or two of pickled
asparagus. A wooden skewer with a cube of hard
cheese, a cherry tomato, and a cocktail onion.
Etc, etc.
