Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 13x9 skillet combine chicken,
turmeric, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, shallot, garlic, and
lemon juice. Toss the chicken to thoroughly coat.
Bake for 35 minutes until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Serve
over rice.
Sometimes I cut the chicken into two inch pieces and reduce the
bake time a little.
