Combine all ingredients except mozzarella and tomato sauce. Roll
golf ball sized balls with the meat mixture. Squish a mozzarella
cube into the center of each meatball and pull the edge of the
meatball around until it is a ball again.
Arrange meatballs in slow cooker and cover in tomato sauce. Cook
on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
