1 large can carrots, drained
|
|
1 Cup sugar - SEE NOTE
|
|
1 stick butter, melted
|
|
1 tsp. baking powder
|
|
3 Tbl. flour
|
|
3 eggs
|

1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Put all ingredients into a blender until liquid. Pour into a greased 8 X
8 or 9 X 9 dish.
|

|
Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. Really yummy!!
|
|
|
NOTE- you cannot use your mixer to combine the ingredients. It needs a blender or food
processor. Also, when doubling, only use 1-1/2 Cup sugar.
