2/3 cup diced onion (white, yellow works if can't get white)
2-3 cloves garlic
2 serannos
2 jalapenos
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
dice onion and garlic, note that recipe is
(intentionally) garlic heavy, 2 cloves is probably
fine...
add onion, garlic, and juice from tomatoes to
blender, blend until smooth
chop peppers in ~1/4in slices, incl seeds
add to blender with rest of can of diced tomatoes
and salt, pulse until desired consistency
can eat fresh, but tastes better after ~1 day of
refrigeration
