1. Spread hummus over entire spinach wrap.
2. Arrange veggies in red pepper, cabbage, yellow
pepper, spinach, carrots in the middle of the wrap
from top to bottom - see picture.
3. Tightly roll up - tucking in the wrap as you
roll.
4. After it's rolled, slice wrap into 1 inch pieces.
