1-2 Zucchini
|
|
1 carrot, cut into matchstick slices
|
|
1 cucumber, cut into matchstick slices
|

4 oz cream cheese
|
|
1 tsp Sriracha (hot sauce)
|
|
Sesame seeds
|

Optional- Wasabi, crab meat, shrimp or avocado
|

Instructions |
|
|
Use a mandolin or vegetable peeler to cut zucchini
lengthwise into long thin strips. Lay strips flat on
a cutting board.

|
In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and
sriracha. Spread cream cheese on each zucchini
strip.
|
|
|
Lay carrots and cucumber perpendicular along one
side of the zucchini. Roll the filling up ino the
zucchini creating a roll.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with sesame and serve with optioanl wasabi.
