Saute pancetta in olive oil. Add shallot and cook until softened. Add fava beans and sauté for
a few minutes more. Add tomato paste, stir and sauté for another two minutes.
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water. Once the pasta is cooked, add to sauce. Stir
and simmer for a few minutes and transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with olive oil, top with grated cheese and serve.
