Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place broccoli and pine nuts on
baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the broccoli is golden brown and
the pine nuts are toasted, tossing halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more parmesan if desired.
