preheat oven to 425. combine flour sugar, baking powder cocoa and salt in a bowl. gradually add cream and mix with wooden spoon until it clings together

lightly grease baking sheet or spray with cooking spray. knead dough on a lightly surface for 1 min. pat dough into a rectangle
|
|
|
cut pastry dough into 6 rouds using a biscuit cutter. arrange dough round on prepared baking sheet bake for about 15 min and place on wire rack to cool
|
|
|
split shorcakes in half. the top 6 halves with strawberries and whipped topping other halve on top
