2-1/4 pounds red potatoes
|
|
(about 14 small)

3 tbsp vinegar
|
|
3/4 c chopped green pepper
|
|
1/2 c chopped onion
|
|
5 tbsp chopped dill pickles
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|
|
1 c mayonaise
|
|
1 tsp salt-free seasoning blend
|
|
|
|
1/3 c Honey-Dijon dressing
|
|
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
|
|
2 chopped hard cooked eggs whites
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until tender, 15-30 minutes. Drain and cool.

Cube the potatoes and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar. Add green pepper, onion, pickles, seasoning blend and pepper.

|
Fold in mayonnaise, salad dressing,mustard and egg whites.
|
|
|
Cover and chill min of 1 hour. Serves 8
|
