3 Tbsp syrup
|

6 peaches, peeled & halved
|
|
2 Tbsp Jazz peach-flavored vodka
|

1 tsp cornstarch
|
|
2 Tbsp cold water
|

1 cup Strawberries, washed & hulled

Instructions |

|
Heat syrup in large frying pan over medium heat. Add peaches and cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour vodka and continue cooking 2 minutes. flambe.

Remove peaches and set aside.
|
|
|
Mix cornstarch with cold water; stir into sauce until incorporated. Cook 1 minute.
|
|
|
Return peaches to pan, add strawberries and cook 1 more minute.
