Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, take out the yolk.
|

|
Place yolks in a mixing bowl and crumble. Add brown mustard an mix together.
|
|
|
Add mayonnaise in portions until a smooth, thick consistency is achieved.
|
|
|
Put mixture in a pastry bag, or use a spoon to fill the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
