first make a sweet pastry base ,
|
|
|
melt the chocolate and 1/2 the cream over a bain marie . add the baileys
|
|
|
whuisk yolks and sugar,whip the rest of the cream to soft peaks
|
|
|
beat the egg mix into the melted chocolate and fold in the whipped cream. pour this into your sweet pastry base and set overnight
|
|
|
