In oblong pan, put a layer of graham crackers
Mix pudding and milk until slightly thickened. Add cool whip. Spead 1/2 over graham crackers
Put a layer of graham cracker on top of that
Put the other 1/2 of the pudding on top of that.
PUt another layer of graham crackers.
Melt butter and chocolate. Add corn syrup and milk, confectioner sugar and vanilla. If this is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
Spread chocolate mixture over teh graham crackers.
Refrigerate
