Stir boiling water into Jell-O (2 minutes) won't work if it isn't 2 minutes. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to Jell-O stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.

Stir in Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth. Mix in strawberries.

|
Pour in cooled crust and refrigerate 5 minutes.

Notes
This recipe can be served in separate dessert dishes for individual use.
It starts out real creamy, but gets thicker when placed in refrigerator.
It can be eaten just as soon as it's put together.
