Put the flour in a shallow pan. Add salt and pepper. Coat the beef in the flour mixture.

Coat the bottom of the skillet with the oil. Heat. Brown the beef on all sides. Transfer to the slow cooker.

Pour the chicken broth (about a cup) over the beef. Add a teaspoon of the beef boullion granules.
|
|
|
Put the garlic in a garlic press and put on top of the meat. Cook until tender 2-3 hours.
