1/2 Cup Ketchup
|
|
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
|

1 tablespoons brown sugar
|
|
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
|
|
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
|
|
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
|
|
3-4 pounds boneless cooked ham
|
|
3 pounds potatoes cut into 1" pieces
|
|
1 tablespoon parsley
|
|
|
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper
|
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
In a small pan simmer together ketchup, vinegar, sugar, worchestershire, 1 teaspoon oil and mustard. Simmer 5 minutes.

Score ham making diamond shapes 1/2 inch deep. Place ham in slow cooker and brush with bbq sauce.
|
|
|
In bowl stir together potatoes, remaining oil, salt, pepper and parsley. Place around ham.
|
|
|
Cook on low for 2 hours then on high for 5 hours, brushing ham with bbq sauce every hour.
