1 head nappa cabbage
1 small onion chopped
dressing:
1 c light oil
½ c vinegar
1 c sugar
2 T Soy Sauce
Mix well
Croutons:
2 pkg oriental Ramen noodles
2 c bread stuffing croutons (optional)
½ c sun flower seeds
1 small pkg sliced almonds
1 stick margarine
Melt margarine put all these in skillet with seasoning from noodles
Cook on low heat till browned
Drain on paper towel
Put dressing and croutons with cabbage when ready to eat
(I don’t’ put stuffing croutons in)
