Brown 1 lb hamburger & 1 chopped onion
Remove from pan.
Put ½ head shredded cabbage (around 4 cups) in pan and cook until soft.
Stir together with 1 can mushroom soup, salt & pepper
Press 1 – 8 roll croissants in bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour mixture over dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Unroll another 8 roll croissants over top.
(I roll this on waxed paper to get the size and then flip it over the mixture)
Bake until brown – 375 around 10-15 min
(I use a generous amount of cheese because I like cheese)
