1 – 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
24 large or 3 c small marshmallows
2 c boiling water
dissolve Jell-O & marshmallows in boiling water – let stand to jell.
Add:
1 c grated carrots
1 c crushed pineapple
1 c chopped pecans
8 oz cool whip
Mix well & fold into Jell-O
