1 ¼ c milk – scald
add 1 Tbsp sugar
½ Tbsp oleo
1 tsp salt – cool
Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 1 Tbsp warm water
Add 2 c flour
Then 1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese & remaining ¾ c flour
Knead 10 min – let rise
Knead down & put in a loaf pan
Let rise & bake 50 min at 350
