1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand
1/3 c lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Beat Cheese & add other ingredients
Pour in baked crust – cover with pie filling or cherry glaze
Glaze:
½ cherry juice
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
cook until thick & clear – add ½ of can of drained pitted sour cherries if desired
