Cover your chicken with parsley and thyme then rub it all over your chicken breast(s). Repeat for a more intense flavor.

Place chicken breast in a pan then turn the flame on to a low setting. Cover the pan and let chicken cook until its no longer raw.

|
Uncover chicken when its fully cooked and place on a plate. Some sides i would suggest would be white or brown rice or a small serving of pasta with very mild flavors.
|
|
|
If you wanted to make as an appetizer, simply cut chicken breast(s) into bite sized pieces before adding parsley and thyme.
