Combine first 7 ingredients in large ziplock bag. Add fish, seal. Marinate in fridge for 1.5 hours, turning occassionally.
Heat large skillet over med-hi heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan; cook fish 4 min on each side or until flakes easily with fork. Plate, drizzle with sauce sprinkle with onions and seeds
