Place butter in food processor with flour, mustard, cayenne pepper - blend well. Add cheese and sour cream and mix it to form a ball of dough.
Place dough on an ungreased baking sheet and pat out to about 1/8 inch thick rectangle. Cut into 10 long strips. Bake for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Watch carefully as they cook quickly.
