Bake one yellow cake in 9" x 13" cake pan. Poke holes in cake. Pour 1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk on top of cake while cake is hot and leave out over night.
Next day, put cake on serving tray. Frost with 12 ounces cool whip. Sprinkle with 7 ounces coconut. Serve. Can be refrigerated for a few days.
