Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water in a large bowl. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Add milk mixture, eggs and flour ( a little at a time). Knead until smooth.

Cover an let rise until doubled. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Roll 1/2" thick and cut into 2" rounds. Brush on melted butter or margarine. Fold in half and press together.

Place close together in greased pan: cover and let rise til tripled. Bake at 400 15 mins or until browned.

|
High Altitude: Add 4tsp milk, decrease sugar by 1/2 Tbl, Bake at 425
