In a small saucepan combine 1/2 C water, cinnamon and tea bag. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 mins.
Remove and discard the tea bag and cinnamon stick. Stir in the milk, sugar, vanilla, ginger and cardamom into the tea. Cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture is heated through. (Do not boil)
