Combine tomoatoes, celery, onion, peppers and salt. Let stand overnight. Drain in colender, but do not press. Place veg. mixture in a largeer kettle, add sugar, br sugar, peppers, mixed pickling spice tied in a cheese cloth bag, add vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 min. Ladle into jars, seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 min.
